We remind you that:

  • You must bring your old passport and eID card when you arrive to draw up documents. The document will have to be submitted to the Office;
  • ONLY passports and eID cards can be issued in order. Prior registration is required for the residence permit card;
  • Customers are served in the order in which they arrive at the branch and have to wait to receive the service;
  • When receiving the service in person, we recommend using mouth and nose masks;
  • Please note that visa application or visa extension is available by submitting documents by mail.
