22.08. identity documents prepared and issued without pre‑appointment
The Office informs that, on August 22, the customers will be provided with the opportunity to have their identity documents prepared and issued WITHOUT pre‑appointment, on a first-come, first-served basis.
This decision has been taken to reduce the significant accumulation of identity documents that arose during the emergency situation, when the Office provided services to a limited extent in order to take care of the safety and health of customers and employees.
When: Saturday, August 22
Where: Riga 1 Division, Čiekurkalna 1st line
What time: from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
How: without pre‑appointment, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Services will be provided to customers on a first-come, first-served basis!
- We are asking customers to be responsible and to keep distance from each other!
- When receiving services in person, please use mouth and nose covers.
