Due to heavy congestion, the online registration system is currently unavailable and telephone communications with departments have been disrupted!

You can apply for a registration by writing to the e-mail of the relevant department, which can be found in the "Contacts" section of the website, selecting the desired department among the "Contacts of Territorial Departments".

We are currently working to update the registration options in all departments as soon as possible!

We remind you that identity documents can be issued in the order of: Alūksne, Balvi, Gulbene, Kraslava, Kuldiga, Ludza, Madona, Preili, Valka, Ventspils territorial offices.
