Balvi division is closed till November 13.

Visits by pre-appointments are CANCELED!

If it is required to obtain the PREPARED documents (passport or eID card, or residence permit eID card) before November, 13, we are asking the customers to contact Gulbene Division by phone 67209474 or by e-mail gulbene@pmlp.gov.lv.
