Please be informed that as of April 1, 2019, public documents issued in Ukraine, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Moldova, Kyrgyz Republic which are to be submitted to the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs must be legalised or certified with Apostille in a competent foreign authority.
We advise you to legalise, in a timely manner, the documents contained in the records on residence permits, records on determination of legal status, as well as documents that are required to update the information contained in the Population Register.
