Q&A session about applying for a new residence permit of UK citizens

Following the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union, UK Nationals residents and their family members in Latvia need to apply for a new residence document to continue residing in Latvia after BREXIT.

Applications can be submitted from 1 October 2020 to 30 June 2021.

On October 8, in a Facebook online session  the British Ambassador Keith Shannon and the head of the migration department of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs Ilze Briede answered questions about applying for a new residence permit of UK citizens.
