When using an application to vote by mail, the voter shall indicate in the e-service the exact e-mail address or the indication that the voter has an activated official electronic address (is the user of the e-address on the portal Latvija.lv), as well as the foreign state from which the voter intends to send his or her vote.
In an e-service, the voter may change the specified e-mail address or the indication of the presence of the official e-address, as well as the foreign state from which he intends to vote, by 9 September 2022 at the latest, by applying for re-mail voting.Receipt of services
When executing an e-service, a voter registration mark will be made in the Voters Register to participate in the relevant elections by assigning a serial number with which the voter is registered to vote by post from abroad.
The Central Election Commission will send information to the voter at the email address or official email address indicated in the application with the website address at which voting materials will be available.
