Process description

  1. Electronically
    An identified person may, using an e-service, electronically receive information regarding the course of the processing and execution of the request (application) submitted to the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs, if information was requested from the Register of Natural Persons.

  2. The step
    As a result of the execution of the service, it shall be possible to download an electronically prepared document if the status of the document has been issued.
    Details of completed requests shall be available for a maximum of 3 months.
